We collect: (a) Account information — name, email, password hash; (b) Business data — workspace name, Square OAuth tokens; (c) Usage data — feature interactions, session logs; (d) Square data — appointments, clients, team members, locations, and invoices synced via your authorisation.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered client briefs and recommendations, send transactional emails (verification, billing), and analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve features.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Square — via OAuth as authorised by you; (b) infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements; (c) legal authorities when required by law.
Data synced from Square is stored securely and used solely to power Client Lens features. You can disconnect Square and purge all synced data at any time from Settings → Square Integration.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days. Square sync data is purged immediately on disconnection.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls. We conduct regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request data portability. Contact us at support@easydial.ai to exercise these rights.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
