By accessing or using Client Lens ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Client Lens is an AI-powered client intelligence platform for beauty businesses. It integrates with Square Appointments to provide staff briefs, upsell recommendations, rebooking suggestions, and analytics.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) share account credentials; (d) upload harmful or malicious content; (e) interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Client Lens, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
Client Lens connects to Square via OAuth. You authorise Client Lens to read appointment, customer, team member, location, and invoice data from your Square account. You may revoke this access at any time from Settings → Square Integration.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Client Lens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
